Bookings for services by The Beauty Hub Academy are non-refundable, however, our services can be rescheduled at the discretion of our staff. If you require the cancellation of a service, or for a booking to be rescheduled, don't hesitate to get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to discuss your options. All deposits paid online as part of your booking are part of your booking fee, and cannot be refunded.
