Our beginners level Dermaplane Specialist class has no entry requirements. If you are thinking of starting a career in the beauty industry, this is the perfect starting point. The key principles learned in basic facial skincare techniques compliment the more advanced concepts involved with Dermaplaning. Our comprehensive Dermaplane Specialist class features two class in one: • Basic Facial & Skincare • Dermaplane Facial Class content: • Facial skincare treatment routine • Cleansing, toning & Exfoliation • Consultation techniques • Health, safety & hygiene • Contraindications • Facial massage • Extractions • Anatomy and physiology of the skin and hair • Infection control • Sharps and hazardous waste training • History of dermaplaning • Treatable skin conditions • Insurance and product information • Demonstration • Live models • Aftercare All materials and equipment are provided on the day, however it is required that you will provide a model for this class. Entry requirements: None. Upon successful completion of the class an accredited diploma will be awarded. Dermaplane Facial Starter Kits will be available on the day - perfect for letting you offer the service to prospective clients.
