1. Purpose of Modelling Sessions
Model appointments are designed for educational training purposes only. Treatments are performed by students under the direct supervision of qualified instructors. The primary objective is to allow trainees to gain practical experience.
2. Treatment Quality & Expectations
While every effort is made to deliver a professional standard of care, please note that:
Trainees may have limited experience and are still developing their skills.
Appointments may take longer than standard salon treatments.
Minor imperfections may occur as part of the learning process.
Tutors will intervene, correct, or halt treatment if necessary to ensure safety.
Models acknowledge that results may vary from professional treatments.
3. Supervision & Safety
All sessions are closely monitored by qualified educators.
Equipment, tools, and work areas meet professional hygiene standards.
Tutors may stop or modify treatments if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
All models are required to complete a consultation and consent form prior to treatment.
Some treatments require patch testing 24–48 hours in advance.
4. Age & Eligibility
Models must:
Be 18 years or older for aesthetic modelling opportunities.
Be 16 years or older for beauty therapy and holistic modelling opportunities.
Be fit to receive treatment, without contraindications (e.g. certain medical conditions, pregnancy, or allergies).
Disclose any relevant health information before treatment begins.
5. Fees & Payments
Model appointments are offered at reduced training rates. These rates reflect the educational setting and cannot be compared directly to full-price professional services.
Fees must be paid in advance or upon arrival.
Refunds are not available for model treatments once the appointment has been scheduled.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
To maintain training schedules, we ask that models provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in removal from our future model list and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
7. Confidentiality & Photography
By attending as a model, you consent to limited photography or video recording for educational and assessment purposes. Images will not be shared publicly without additional written consent.
8. Liability & Agreement
By volunteering as a model, you understand that treatments are performed by trainees and agree to release The Beauty Hub Academy and its staff from liability for minor errors or variations in results consistent with training-level practice.
All treatments are carried out with your safety, comfort, and wellbeing as the top priority.
